Introduction
Each time I start a new project, I document it and store it in my own personal template to make sure that I can quickly review any and all documentation of what I am doing. This template is something that I have been developing since 2012. It's no longer just for me though, as it serves to help organize projects in a way that makes them simple to review and easy to compare against other work. Feel free to use it however you see fit!

The personal portfolio is typically used for self-employed professionals or artists (freelancers). It’s a simple, one-page site that should include your name, contact information, and a brief statement about your work and experience. Your portfolio can be anywhere from 1-6 pages in length, depending on how much detail you want to include. There are dozens of themes available that are designed specifically for a personal portfolio—just make sure it has an obvious way to contact you (email or phone number) with easy access on all pages. You may also want to consider getting your own domain name and hosting your site yourself to add an air of professionalism. Also try adding your social media links below! Always put a link somewhere so people can easily find and connect with you!

Think about it: if a friend was looking for a freelancer who specialized in analytics work (for example), would he or she be more likely to choose someone with no feedback or a portfolio full of praise?
